Turkish Airlines Lost My Baggage
My misplaced luggage has been undeliverable for days, and I'm at a loss for words. They initially promised to deliver it to my address within two days. However, after two days of waiting, I was informed that my luggage had arrived and would be delivered the following day. It's the third day, and my luggage is still missing. To make matters worse, they appear to be playing games, casually stating, "We couldn't find you," or "We might come at 2 in the morning." This ordeal has been extremely aggravating. My luggage is essential to me, and their lack of urgency is unacceptable. Excuses and delays irritate me, and I demand immediate action. It's past time they tracked down my luggage and delivered it on time, without further delay or inconvenience.
