Turkish Airlines Lost Second Luggage on Istanbul-Dalaman Flight
I am quite dissatisfied with my recent experience on Turkish Airlines. I checked two luggage at Istanbul Airport for my flight to Dalaman, but only one suitcase arrived. The personnel was unable to explain why my second suitcase was missing and informed me that it would be sent on the next evening flight. This lack of communication, as well as the delay in obtaining my crucial luggage, has created major anguish for my family and myself. When traveling with a child, getting stranded at the airport without basic supplies is simply unacceptable. It's perplexing how a normal-sized bag may be mishandled with no notice to me. I urgently request that Turkish Airlines rectify this matter promptly by providing my missing baggage without further delay. This level of service is unacceptable, and I anticipate immediate action to restore my faith in your airline.
