Trypurusaki.com Never Delivered My Weight Loss Patch

I ordered a weight loss patch from a website called Trypurusaki.com through Instagram. I paid approximately $62 by credit card on April 23. However, months have passed and the product has never been delivered to me.

In my communications with the company, they told me that the product was being held at customs and provided me with an email address, instructing me to contact that address regarding the issue. I followed their instructions and emailed the address provided, explaining the situation and requesting both delivery of my product and a refund. However, neither the product was shipped nor was I given a refund. Despite contacting them by email, I was not provided with any clear information about the status of my order, and the issue was never resolved.

I have been seriously inconvenienced because I never received the product I paid for and my money has not been refunded for such a long period of time. I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my credit card without further delay and that the inconvenience I have experienced be properly addressed.
