Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage for 45 Days
On August 16th, I flew with Turkish Airlines (THY), but my luggage went missing, much to my dismay. It's been 45 days and my suitcase has still not been found. I have yet to receive a response after 14 days of redirecting my case to the compensation department. Turkish Airlines has completely let me down. I can't emphasize how frustrating this experience has been. Losing luggage is inconvenient enough, but THY's lack of urgency and communication has made it even more so. I rely on airlines to keep my belongings safe while traveling, and THY has let me down in this regard. I hope Turkish Airlines quickly resolves this issue and compensates me for the inconvenience and anxiety caused by this extended luggage mishap.
