Azimuth Airlines Flight Time Changed Without Proper Notice

On June 28, 2026, I was scheduled to fly from Krasnodar Airport to Antalya with Azimuth Airlines together with my daughter. The flight time for the ticket I purchased through Enuygun was shown as 4:40 p.m. in the app. When I arrived at the airport on time, I was told that the flight had actually departed at 9:00 a.m. However, I never received any notification, SMS, or email informing me that the flight time had been changed, either through the Enuygun app or through any other channel.

Because of this situation, I experienced significant hardship at the airport with my young child. I traveled by taxi from Rostov to Krasnodar in order to catch the flight and paid $300 just for transportation. As a result, I not only lost the money I paid for the ticket but also incurred a significant additional transportation expense.

I urgently request that Azimuth Airlines and Enuygun investigate this situation, provide a full refund of the ticket fare I paid, and reimburse the $300 transportation expense I incurred for the taxi from Rostov to Krasnodar. My PNR/reservation code is O223N7. I kindly ask that the hardship I experienced while traveling with my young child not be ignored and that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
