Purisaki Never Delivered My Stomach Patch

I ordered a product called the “Purisaki Stomach Patch” from the Purisaki brand through Instagram. I placed the order at the end of March and paid approximately $206 by credit card. However, months have passed and the product has still not been delivered to me.

I have not received any information about the shipment of my order or any tracking details. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the company, I can no longer reach them. I have received no response, and the entire process has essentially gone silent.

Since I never received the product I paid for, I request that the approximately $206 I paid be refunded to my credit card immediately. I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.
