Barbie Cutie Reveal Doll Hair Color Change Does Not Work

I purchased a Barbie Cutie Reveal doll that is advertised as having hair that changes color when exposed to cold water. However, despite following the product’s intended feature, the hair color does not change at all.

We purchased the product approximately two days ago from a toy store called Midilliden. We have tested the doll’s hair with cold water four or five times, but there has been absolutely no color change. The advertised color-changing feature simply does not work.

Since this is one of the product’s main features, we are very disappointed and believe that the doll may be defective or faulty. I request that the manufacturer investigate this issue and provide us with a clear explanation. If necessary, I also ask that the product be inspected and that an appropriate solution be offered to resolve the issue, such as a replacement, repair, or another suitable remedy.

I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution that addresses the inconvenience and disappointment caused by receiving a product whose advertised feature does not function.
