Bitpanda Locks €4,000 Investment in Fomo Coin

As a user residing in Austria, I purchased approximately €4,000 worth of Fomo Coin through Bitpanda about three months ago. However, for months now, I have been unable to buy or sell Fomo Coin or carry out any transactions involving it. I also cannot find any clear and adequate information on the platform explaining this situation.

I have not received any explanation as to why Fomo Coin is currently unavailable for buying and selling, or when and how this issue will be resolved. The money I invested is effectively locked, and this uncertainty is causing me significant financial inconvenience and concern.

Considering the extended period during which I have been unable to trade Fomo Coin and the financial hardship this situation has caused me, I request that Bitpanda refund my €4,000 investment. I also request clear and written information explaining why trading has been suspended and when I will be able to access and use my funds again. I expect Bitpanda to resolve this matter and address the inconvenience I have experienced as soon as possible.
