Turkish Airlines Lost My Luggage and Provided No Information!

During my New York - Istanbul flight with a layover in Copenhagen, my luggage was left in Copenhagen. Although I was informed that my luggage would be sent to my address the next day, it was dispatched two days later, and I was never updated about its status unless I chased it myself. The file number provided to me had no updates. No one called to check if I was home. You made a mistake, ruined my vacation, and I spent a whole day waiting for my luggage! You still tell me it could be delivered by midnight, without any clear delivery time! Shame on a company like yours, claiming to be one of the best in the world. Ms. B**** from 0212 463 65 18 says the luggage is still out for delivery. If this luggage doesn't arrive by midnight, who will be responsible? Who will cover my two days of expenses and inconvenience? Provide a clear response now.
Your staff couldn't process a single payment. Just one payment. I'm going to lose my mind; you keep saying "Your IBAN is incorrect" but the IBAN is not incorrect. I've already sent you a screenshot. If you still can't make the payment, shame on you and your staff who can't process the payment. How can there be such incompetence? Which insurance company does Turkish Airlines work with? Why isn't there any notification?!
It's been 2 and a half months, 2 and a half months. Make my payment already! There is no error in my IBAN. If this issue is not resolved this week, I will start making complaints on LinkedIn and Twitter!
