Maybelline Lifter Concealer Arrived Almost Empty From Gratis Online

I ordered the Maybelline New York Lifter concealer, shade/code 16A500, from Gratis Online on 01.09.2026 and the product was delivered to me today. When I opened the concealer for the first time today, I immediately recorded a video and saw that most of the product inside was empty. I paid ₺226,5 for this concealer and I received it in this incomplete condition right out of the box. This situation creates a sense of mistrust in the product and the service, as it is not acceptable for a newly purchased cosmetic product to arrive almost empty. I request that a new, full and intact product be provided to me for this concealer and that the necessary quality control be carried out so that similar grievances do not occur again.
