James Donkey Monitor Only Works When the Power Cable Is Bent

I purchased a 24-inch, 144 Hz monitor from James Donkey, and for approximately 9–10 months I have been experiencing a persistent problem related to the power cable. There were no issues during the first three months, but afterward, the monitor started failing to work unless I angled the power cable toward the right. Even the slightest movement causes the display to cut in and out, and the monitor will not turn on unless I keep the cable in a specific position.

I contacted the brand regarding this issue, but I never received any response. They neither sent me a replacement power cable nor directed me to an authorized service center. I simply want to use the monitor normally, but I have been dealing with this problem for a long time because of a single faulty cable. The company's lack of response and customer support has made the situation even more frustrating.

For this reason, I request that the defective monitor be completely replaced with a new, fully functional unit. I expect James Donkey to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced and provide me with a replacement product that can be used safely and reliably without any power connection problems.
