Turkish Airlines Lost Luggage Complaint

I had a flight with Turkish Airlines from Dhaka, Bangladesh to Istanbul on 28/7. I arrived, but my luggage did not. It never made it onto the plane and was left behind. They told me they would send it once they found it and gave me a file number. I kept checking, but I always got the same response. Eventually, I found out that they weren't actively searching for my luggage; they had only sent an email. On a friend's recommendation, I contacted my Bangladeshi acquaintances, who managed to locate my luggage at the airport and hand it over to Turkish Airlines. The luggage arrived in Istanbul today at noon, but by 22:00, it still hadn't been delivered. When I called, they said it hadn't been delivered due to high volume.

When I suggested that I could have picked it up if they had informed me, they said I could come and get it now. They clearly don't care. They made no effort at all. They acted as if I had lost the luggage myself. The level of indifference is unbelievable. Turkish Airlines, which flies to numerous countries, seems to care only about selling tickets, not providing proper service. On top of that, they told me that unfortunately, you need strong connections for fast service.
