Turkish Airlines Misplaced My Luggage and Changed Gate Last Minute

Turkish Airlines transferred my luggage to the wrong plane. I am writing about the issues I faced to set an example and to prevent others from experiencing the same problems. Maybe this will ease my frustration a bit. The disorganization of Turkish Airlines persisted from Istanbul to Izmir. The gate for my first flight was initially G2A, but the information board reflected a last-minute change. The new gate was G4A. Despite being at the airport at 11:00 AM and at the gates by 1:00 PM, I received no SMS, email, or announcement from Turkish Airlines. I was redirected to supervisor D44, but Mr. U** was neither capable of providing a solution nor an explanation and displayed a rude attitude. Subsequently, I paid an additional ₺1000 for my ticket at section E and went back to the check-in counter to have my luggage transferred to the new flight. They assured me that the luggage would be transferred, but upon arriving in Izmir, my luggage was not there. They informed me that it was sent to another flight numbered 2332 and that I could retrieve it at 6:20 PM. I missed my Havaist shuttle and, due to procedures and disorganization, I still haven't completed my journey which was supposed to take 8 hours. I will not travel with Turkish Airlines again. Even if your competitors provide the same poor service, you have lost your appeal. You cannot find anyone to address your issues. The staff is untrained and inadequate. You charge ₺2500 for a one-hour flight and can't even ensure the luggage is on the correct plane. You are causing people to suffer. Additionally, we barcode our own luggage and complete all procedures ourselves. If we can't find anyone to address issues when they arise, then you might as well close your business. Aviation is one of the oldest industries.
