Lost Luggage on Turkish Airlines Connecting Flight

Today, I arrived in Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK2265 from Edremit at 10:30. The plane landed at Istanbul Airport at 11:20 but spent half an hour searching for a parking spot! It seems there are no responsible personnel at the airport or they are just slacking off... I managed to catch my connecting flight TK2824 to Trabzon at the last minute, boarding at 12:30.

I arrived in Trabzon at 14:15 only to find out that my luggage was missing! I went to the lost and found office of Çelebi to inquire about my luggage and was told, 'They managed to get you on the flight, but your luggage was transferred to subsequent flights.' How absurd is this?

Moreover, they couldn't even guarantee that my luggage would arrive on the next flight. People entrust their lives and belongings to you, and not at a cheap price! This is disrespectful, incompetent, and a violation of human rights. You cannot waste people's time and cause such inconvenience!
