Turkish Airlines' Negligence in Handling My Missing Baggage
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Turkish Airlines following my recent flight from Istanbul to New York on July 27th. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of my lost luggage incident. Despite immediately filing a lost luggage report at the airport with all necessary documents, including a detailed list of items inside my luggage, I have not received any response or updates on the status of my claim for the past two months. Repeated calls to their customer service representatives have yielded no results beyond being told that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department!! Even I take this matter to social media and the only response I get is we will get in touch with you. I hope that Turkish Airlines will take this matter seriously and work diligently to address my concerns promptly. My advice to whoever wants to travel: Do not fly with Turkish Airlines!
