Turkish Airlines Lost My Baggage and Sent It to the Wrong City; Still No Updates
It was the first time I flew with Turkish Airlines, and it will definitely be my last. They gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had. I flew from Istanbul to Bucharest, and when I arrived, my baggage was nowhere to be found. I asked about it, and to my surprise, they told me it was still in Istanbul. They offered for me to either pick it up from the airport six hours later or have it delivered to an address. Since I had a bus to catch, I opted for delivery. They said it would take two days, but it’s now the fourth day, and I still don’t have my baggage. Even worse, they handed it over to a delivery company that only brought it halfway to another city. Every time I called customer service, they gave me a different shipping company’s name and none of the phone numbers they gave worked. My baggage somehow ended up three hours away from my address, and I don’t know anyone there or how to get it. Thank you, Turkish Airlines, for giving me the worst experience ever.
