Turkish Airlines Flight Connection Issue with Incorrect Timing
I purchased a flight ticket from THY for a connecting flight from Isparta to Gaziantep via Istanbul on 02.08. I received an email that the second flight was rescheduled. I approved the change for the second flight. On the day of the flight, I couldn't check-in due to the first flight also being delayed. When I called, the third customer service representative informed me that the first flight was rescheduled to 03.08. The change I approved was not for the first flight. Now, the first ticket for the connecting flight is on 03.08 at 16:30, and the second ticket is on 03.08 at 02:00. How can the second connecting flight be earlier than the first one? Customer service said it was a system error and that my issue would be resolved, then hung up. When I asked to file a complaint and be transferred to another representative, I was told no, despite it being my legal right. Now both my flights are canceled due to a system error. There is no one to address my issue. I was forced to choose THY, which I never prefer, and once again, I am left disappointed.
