On September 24, 2023, my flight from Istanbul to Isparta was canceled by THY, and I was asked to change the date. I approved the ticket change to one day earlier. However, I later realized that this change conflicted with my schedule. I need to take this flight on September 24. When I called customer service to change my flight from 'Istanbul > Isparta' on September 24 to 'Istanbul > Antalya' on the same date, I was told that I could no longer make changes and that I would need to pay a penalty and fare difference. I may have made a mistake while making this change, but the root cause of the issue is not me; it is THY canceling the flight. Despite being willing to extend my journey from Istanbul to Antalya and then take a bus to Isparta, accepting additional costs and a tiring trip, THY insists that the change can only be made with a penalty payment and fare difference. I apologize, but even if I want to change that ticket 50 times, you are obligated to change it 50 times. Your behavior is neither ethical nor moral. For the past two years, you have been rapidly becoming a company that does not care about customer satisfaction.
