Turkish Airlines Did Not Deliver My Baggage
Dear Sir/Madam, On August 16, 2025, I traveled on the Beijing–Istanbul–Ankara flight. Unfortunately, my baggage was not delivered upon arrival in Ankara. At the airport, I filled out a PIR report (File No: ESBTK25095). However, despite the time that has passed, my baggage has still not been delivered, and the system constantly gives an error when I try to check my PIR code. Although the Turkish Airlines app shows the status as “in transit,” I have been unable to receive any information from customer service or the baggage office. Phone calls are not answered, and the lack of communication is causing me serious distress. My baggage contains not only essential items for my daily life but also valuable belongings, including technological products and natural stone gifts I brought from China. The loss of these items would be a significant personal and financial loss for me. The lack of proper communication and the failure to inform passengers in such a situation is unacceptable. Due to the delay, I had to purchase basic necessities, and I will be submitting the receipts for reimbursement. I kindly request urgent investigation of this matter, the prompt delivery of my baggage to my address, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
