On October 10, 2025, I encountered a serious issue with my luggage on Turkish Airlines flight TK0112 from New York to Istanbul. Upon arriving in Istanbul and opening my suitcase, I discovered that my MacBook and backpack were missing. The total value of these two items is approximately ₺50,000. I immediately filed a report at the airport and contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I have flown with Turkish Airlines many times, and this is the first time I have experienced such an incident. I request compensation for my missing belongings and expect to be informed urgently so that my issue can be resolved.
