Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage But Didn't Resolve It
On September 22, 2023, I filed a report for my damaged luggage at Istanbul Airport. Then, I emailed the report along with the requested documents on the Turkish Airlines website. On October 4, 2023, the report was directed to compensation science. Although they should respond within 21 business days at the latest, and despite contacting customer service many times, I still have not received a response. Customer services serve no purpose other than adding urgency to the file. Turkish Airlines, which we boast as the best airline in Europe, has been victimizing me in this way for 2 months. I expect those responsible to evaluate the complaint and respond with a solution as quickly as possible. The file number is 2023 22 06 20.
