Turkish Airlines Cancels Flight At Random
Due to a force majeure 6 hours before the flight, Turkish Airlines canceled the first flight of my Trabzon-Sirnak flight with a connecting flight from Istanbul at 03.50 on Tuesday, July 4. Half an hour later, they changed the first flight of my connecting flight on the spur of the moment and gave me a flight to an hour where I would miss the second connecting flight. I waited a while for them to fix it, and when they didn't, I called customer service. To avoid any problems, I purchased tickets several weeks in advance. When I called customer service, he said I could change the flight, but since I was on duty that day, I needed to get there quickly and there were no flights available for another day. When I asked how I would have made my second flight with the flight you changed if I hadn't intervened, they laughed and said you would have missed the plane. The rest is as if I was going to miss the plane on my own. I'm in a lot of pain. I bought a ticket because I trusted THEM, but they duped me. THY will no longer be among my preferences, as it is likely for the majority of people. Unfortunately, the standard has deteriorated.
