THY Flight Cancellation and Unused Paid Seats Issue

On Wednesday, May 21st, our Istanbul-Batman flight was canceled due to operational reasons. THY not only failed to consider the inconvenience caused to its passengers, but we had also reserved and paid for 3 seats for this flight. Due to my mother's health condition, we specifically chose and paid for seats at the front. Unfortunately, on the rescheduled flight on May 22nd, these seats were not provided to us. We also did not receive a refund. First, the flight cancellation resulted in additional hotel, accommodation, and transportation expenses for us. Then, THY prevented us from using the service we paid for. Once a truly corporate company, THY has shown in the past two years how much they do not value their customers with their unprofessional approach. I demand compensation for our financial losses, otherwise, I will take legal action.
