I Linger For 30 Days For My Damaged Luggage By Turkısh Airlines


I flew from Istanbul to Malatya on June 22. They delivered my dog with a broken handle on the box. Apparently, they dropped my dog. I filled out the damaged baggage form and then uploaded the necessary documents to the system. For more than 1 month, no one cared. Every time I called, they sent an e-mail and asked for documents that I did not have and could not obtain. On July 9, I had to cancel my return flight. Because the pet shop I bought the box from was destroyed due to the earthquake, and I couldn't find a box of that size anywhere else. It's August 1st today and they still only answer me by asking for impossible documents.
