Tango Account Verification Problem



I am writing regarding an ongoing account verification issue I have been experiencing on Tango Live on my Android device, which is preventing me from withdrawing my funds. On 12 June 2026, I submitted a valid national ID for verification, but the app responded that it could not verify my identity. Since then, I have not been able to resubmit my documents or attempt the verification process again. Whenever I access the verification section, I am redirected to a page stating, “Sorry, we couldn’t verify your identity,” with no option to upload new documents or retry the verification. My account under the name Imran remains active and accessible, however the withdrawal feature is completely blocked due to this unresolved verification issue. This is my first attempt to withdraw funds from Tango Live, and I currently have 181 dollars in my account that I cannot access. I contacted customer support for the first time on 13 June 2026 and have reached out multiple times via email and through in-app messages, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my verification process be reviewed again, that I be allowed either to re-upload my documents or have my existing documents manually reviewed, and that my withdrawal feature be urgently reactivated so I can withdraw the 181 dollars currently available in my Tango Live account.
