Sidra Chain KYC Portal Won’t Let Me Log In After Accidental Deactivation
I am writing regarding an issue with my Sidra Chain KYC portal account. On 10/06/2026, while using the Android app, I accidentally tapped the “Deactivate” option on my account. Since that moment, I have been unable to sign in or access my KYC portal in any way. This deactivation was completely unintentional. My login username on the Sidra Chain KYC portal is “@rahama123m”. I have not made any payments through this account and I do not have any successful ticket or reference number, as I was informed that a ticket creation attempt failed. I have also not previously contacted your support channels regarding this situation and I am now formally reaching out to request assistance. I urgently and kindly request that my KYC account linked to the username “@rahama123m” be reactivated and that my access to the portal be fully restored as soon as possible so that I can continue using your services without further disruption.
