However, despite the successful transfer, the amount has still not been deposited into my Mostbet account.

The transfer was sent by Abderrahmane Adao** from account number 8357800300163915281438**, associated with phone number 06767923**, to OTMANE EL MASSOU***, account number 8357800300166662457119**, associated with phone number 06431995**. The total debited amount was MAD 500.

After completing the transfer, I contacted the relevant agent and customer support team regarding the missing deposit. Unfortunately, I was only told to wait, and no meaningful update or explanation has been provided. Since the transfer was completed, no funds have appeared in my Mostbet wallet.

I am very concerned about the status of my money and find this delay unacceptable, especially after providing all transaction details required to verify the payment. The funds were successfully sent, yet they remain unavailable in my gaming account.
