I attempted to make a two-night work stay reservation via Booking.com at Da Vinci Eastbourne in Eastbourne, with check-in on 22/06/2026 and check-out on 24/06/2026. During this process, the amount of £104.50 GBP was deducted from my account, but no reservation was actually created or confirmed for me. I hold a reference for this transaction, which is 919fd22d-2eb5-45c3-a444-18bb3b1567eb, and despite the payment being taken, I have not received any booking confirmation or valid reservation. I have already tried to contact Booking.com about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Since this stay is important for my work arrangements, I kindly request that this matter be resolved urgently by honouring the reservation at Da Vinci Eastbourne for the dates 22/06/2026 to 24/06/2026, using the payment already taken from my account, or by providing a clear solution that ensures I can stay at the same property under the same conditions.
