Booking.com Refund Delayed After 13 Days – Requesting Urgent Resolution

I booked a hotel through Booking.com and canceled the reservation on the same day. I was initially told that the refund process was in progress, but later received a notice that the refund was canceled. The reservation details are as follows:

Cancellation fee: ₺219.13
Refund amount: ₺9,956.28 (still not received).
I’ve been waiting for 13 days, and my bank confirmed there’s no pending transaction. The hotel referred me back to Booking.com. Despite trying to contact the customer service and sending emails, I’ve received no response. I urgently request the refund be processed immediately and my money returned.
