Agoda Canceled My Booking Without Notice
To the Agoda Support Team, I made a reservation through your platform for Orange County Alanya Hotel between August 11–16, 2025, with a total amount of ₺61,000. My reservation was confirmed and the payment was charged to my credit card. However, shortly afterward, my reservation was canceled without any notification. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that the reservation made through Agoda did not appear in their system. This situation constitutes a violation of your service agreement and my consumer rights. Additionally, I have not received any refund. My reservation number is 1629845899, reference number is 156 63749, and my email address is h*************@gmail.com. I urgently request that my reservation be reinstated as originally confirmed or that a full refund be issued. Otherwise, I reserve the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue legal action. It has been four days since my last email to Agoda, and I have still received no resolution. There is no one to speak with—only meaningless conversations with a chatbot.
