On 18.08.2025, I made a hotel reservation through Trivago, booked via Trip.com, and paid a total of 39.405₺ with my bank card. My reservation number is 16383144601**. On the same day, I canceled the booking.
After contacting Trip.com, I was informed on 19.08.2025 that the refund request had been forwarded to my bank. However, when I spoke with my bank, they confirmed that no refund or cancellation request had been received. Despite 10 days passing, the amount has still not been credited back to my account. I also have emails and documents proving the cancellation and refund request.
This is my first experience booking with Trip.com, and it has been very disappointing. I demand that my 39.405₺ refund be processed immediately and that the refund procedure be expedited. Customers should not be left waiting this long for a canceled booking, especially when clear proof of cancellation exists. I request urgent action and resolution to my case.
