Trip.com Wrong Date Flight, They Won't Refund My Money

I accidentally purchased a flight ticket for June 8, 2025, through their website, when I actually intended to fly on July 8th. Immediately after the purchase, I contacted Trip.com to request a cancellation and a date change. However, my cancellation request was denied, and they have offered absolutely no solution for changing the date.

This is completely unacceptable. The ticket remains unused, no service was rendered, and I've been left stranded and out of pocket. I've paid for a flight that I cannot use due to a simple date error, and Trip.com is refusing to help.

Trip.com, I demand the immediate cancellation of this transaction and a full refund! I've provided all the necessary documents to prove my case. Rectify this error now and return my money!
