AddCar Failed to Refund €500 Security Deposit After Vehicle Return
On September 5, 2025, I rented a Skoda Fabia from the AddCar office located inside Podgorica Airport. At the time of rental, I paid a €500 deposit and was informed that this amount would remain as a temporary authorization (hold) and would not be charged to my card statement. However, after returning the vehicle, the deposit has still not been refunded, and the amount has now appeared on my card statement as a completed charge.
Although I contacted customer service regarding this issue, I have not received any response. My reservation number is: yl_7537794.
I request that my €500 deposit be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
