Trip.com Flight Cancellation and Unreachable Customer Service

I purchased a round-trip ticket from Istanbul to Thailand through Trip.com, but the return flight’s connecting leg was canceled. The app offered a rescheduled date of February 27, 2025, while my original flight was on February 2, 2025. No same-day alternative was provided, completely disrupting my travel plans.

When I requested a refund for the canceled flight, I was told I’d need to cancel my Istanbul departure flight as well, which is absolutely unreasonable. This left me stranded and forced to cancel my entire trip.

Adding to the frustration, their customer service is impossible to reach. For a company claiming to be a global travel platform, this experience has been nothing but disappointing. Trip.com, I demand an immediate refund and resolution for this mess. Please prioritize your customers and improve your service!
