GoDaddy Denied Phone Support Despite High Hosting Fees
I have been purchasing hosting services from GoDaddy for a long time. In the past, phone support was available for all transactions and issues. However, when I called today, I was told that voice support is no longer provided to users in Turkey and that communication is now limited to chat only. Yet I was unable to access the chat screen through the provided URL, which means I could not reach the company at all.
My customer number is 97765032. Even though I pay hosting fees that are nearly four times higher than what new users pay, I cannot access even the most basic communication and support channels. Given the current situation, the only option seems to be transferring my hosting to another provider, but no phone support is available to assist with the migration process either.
I request that GoDaddy reinstate phone support for customers in Turkey, urgently fix the non-functioning chat access, adjust the significantly higher hosting fees charged to long-term customers to more reasonable levels, and provide effective assistance to customers who wish to transfer their hosting services.
