BDG WIN Fails to Credit $60 UPI Deposit for 27 Days

I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG WIN account via UPI, but the funds have not been credited to my BDG Game account for the past 27 days. Despite this long delay, the amount is still missing, and I am unable to use it on the platform.

I contacted BDG WIN support regarding this issue, but the problem has not been resolved, and I have not received a satisfactory response. The transaction was successfully completed on my end, yet my money remains stuck.

I am requesting that the ₹5,000 either be immediately credited to my BDG Game/BDG WIN account or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
