I booked a flight three months in advance, and now I need to either change my ticket or cancel it entirely. However, these options are completely unavailable, and I'm receiving absolutely no help whatsoever.
The site has a cancellation section, but it's utterly useless; I can't process anything there. And when I try to call, they tell me the ticket can't be canceled over the phone either. This means my money is simply going to be wasted, which is outrageous. Trip.com is actively preventing me from managing my booking.
Trip.com, you need to allow me to change or cancel my flight immediately! Provide a functional way to modify or refund my ticket. Your refusal to facilitate basic booking changes is unacceptable, and you're essentially stealing my money.
