Trip.com Won’t Modify My Hotel Reservation
I booked a one-night stay at Petra Inn Cappadocia through Trip.com for check-in on February 14 and check-out on February 15. However, I now need to reschedule my reservation for a later date.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Trip.com customer service, I have received no helpful response. The hotel itself confirmed that changes are possible but stated that the modification must be handled through Trip.com. Yet, Trip.com refuses to assist me and has not communicated with the hotel.
I urgently demand that my reservation be rescheduled as soon as possible. This lack of support is unacceptable. Trip.com, take action now!
