I booked a hotel through Agoda but encountered a frustrating issue when trying to change my reservation date. Due to misinformation from the hotel staff, I accidentally selected the wrong check-in date. Now, I am unable to modify the booking, and neither the hotel nor Agoda is willing to assist me.
I reached out to both Agoda and the hotel, expecting a simple date adjustment, but they are not offering any solution. This is extremely disappointing, as I made the mistake based on the hotel's incorrect guidance.
My reservation ID is 1561740276. I demand immediate assistance in changing my reservation to the correct date. If no change is possible, I expect a full refund since the issue was caused by miscommunication from the hotel staff. Agoda needs to take responsibility and provide proper support to its customers.
