I accidentally made a 2-room, 4-night reservation for the wrong dates through Trip.com. When I tried to correct the dates the same day, Trip.com wouldn’t allow it. I even offered to pay for one night and do an early checkout, but they claimed the hotel didn’t approve – though the hotel confirmed they never received any such request.
Now, I’m left with a ₺26,000 loss for a booking I can’t use. This is completely unacceptable. Trip.com, please take responsibility and either allow a date change or provide a reasonable solution to avoid this financial loss.
