Cannot Reach Hotels.com to Fix Booking Date Error

I accidentally selected the wrong check-in date when booking through Hotels.com, scheduling it one day earlier than intended. When I contacted the hotel directly, they told me that I must resolve the issue through Hotels.com. However, I have been unable to reach customer service despite multiple attempts.
I have used Hotels.com for years and have always been satisfied with the service, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I need an urgent resolution, yet I cannot speak to a real person or get proper support.
I expect Hotels.com to assist me immediately, adjust my reservation, and ensure that customers can actually reach support for urgent booking issues. Please resolve this now!
