Unable to Contact Agoda for Date Change on Wrong Reservation
I accidentally made a reservation with the wrong dates through Agoda, assuming the system would automatically update the current date after logging in multiple times. I need to modify the reservation dates but cannot find a way to contact Agoda customer service, as their email address is not available.
The hotel is unwilling to assist, and I find it unacceptable that a company operating in Turkey does not provide local customer service. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, and I urgently request Agoda to provide a solution to change my booking dates.
