Our Tplink Tapo security camera isn’t working as it should. Even after setting it to monitor a specific area, it keeps turning to face the wall and ends up looking at the walls instead of the designated area. We've updated the software and reset and reinstalled it multiple times as advised by customer service, but nothing has changed. The product is defective and doesn’t provide the expected benefit. The company is unable to fix the issue and refuses to replace the product. We will be applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to request a return of the cameras and a full refund of the money we paid.
