Tefal X-Pert Cordless Vacuum Brush Not Working After One Year

I purchased a Tefal X-Pert cordless vacuum just a year ago, and I am extremely dissatisfied with its performance. The brush head no longer rotates or picks up dirt effectively during use. Initially, the light on the vacuum would turn on, but after a short time, it stopped functioning, which I assumed was normal at first.

For a product at this price, I did not expect such issues so quickly. It has disrupted my daily cleaning routine and caused significant inconvenience. If this problem cannot be resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I trusted Tefal for quality, but this experience has been a huge letdown. I request an immediate solution to this issue.
