My Roborock Q8 Max Won’t Mop at All and Still Doesn’t Work After Two Repairs
We bought the Roborock Q8 Max from Teknosa just one month ago, and from the very beginning, the mopping function has never worked. It’s clear that we were sold a defective unit. We sent it to the service center twice, and both times they returned it claiming it had been repaired—but nothing has changed. The mop still doesn't function at all.
This is incredibly frustrating. We’ve done everything by the book and given the brand and the store multiple chances to make things right. Instead, we’ve been ignored. We’ve now filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, because both Roborock and Teknosa refuse to take responsibility or offer proper support.
At this point, we no longer want repairs—we want a full refund. We didn’t pay ₺ for a product that doesn’t deliver even its basic advertised features.
