FamPay App - DigiGold Withdrawal İIssue

I am writing regarding an issue with the DigiGold feature on the Fam app by Trio. On 30 January 2026, I tried to withdraw or sell the DigiGold that I own in my account, but the app did not allow me to complete the transaction. I currently have DigiGold worth INR 147, approximately 9.6 mg, which remains locked and unusable. This gold was purchased using my fam wallet balance. I have previously been able to sell DigiGold once on this same account without any problem, so this appears to be a new issue. In the withdrawal section, the app states that at least INR 10 worth of gold is required to sell, yet despite having well above this amount, it still shows INR 0 available for withdrawal, even after more than 72 hours have passed. When I try to withdraw or sell, I do not receive any error message or specific notification; the app simply does not let me complete the withdrawal. I contacted Fam/Trio support, and I was informed that I needed to wait until the 48‑hour holding period was over. That holding period ended on 29 January 2026, but even after that date, I am still unable to withdraw or sell my gold. I also called their customer support line, but I was kept on hold until the call was cut off without any resolution. My fam account is registered with the email address aaryaman.singh****@gmail.com and the mobile number +91 99726776***. I request that my DigiGold issue be resolved urgently, that I be allowed to withdraw or sell the full DigiGold balance without any further restriction, and that you provide a clear explanation of why this problem occurred despite the holding period being over and the minimum withdrawal amount requirement being fulfilled.
