Dyson Purifier Big +Quiet Produces Persistent Bad Odor

I purchased a Dyson Purifier Big +Quiet Formaldehyde device from Dyson’s official website approximately three months ago. After using the device for some time, I began experiencing a persistent and unpleasant odor that has been ongoing for about one and a half months. The UOB value consistently shows as high, and as long as the device is operating, the odor continues without stopping, which makes me question the product’s primary purpose of air purification. I contacted Dyson regarding this issue, but to date, I have not received any response. Experiencing such a problem with a device I chose because of its high price and Dyson’s brand reliability, and then not receiving any feedback, has been extremely disappointing. I request that Dyson inspect my device, take the odor issue seriously, and replace the unit with a new one if it is found to be defective. I ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
