Kiwi.com Ignored My Warranty Claim for a Defective Product

We’ve been dealing with this issue for three months since we bought the product, as it turned out to be defective and the warranty process is being completely ignored. Kiwi.com warranty service hasn’t been helpful at all. We even called multiple times to explain the issue in detail, but no one took real responsibility. It feels like they’re just trying to stall until we give up. We filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and although we received a response, they still sent back the defective product. No repairs were made whatsoever. We will continue to file complaints through every possible channel until this is resolved.
