The product I purchased through Tefal's own application had a flaw. On the set of the Tefal Ingenio series, the wok pan arrived crooked. In my conversation with customer service, I was told that no changes could be made and that the set should be returned in its entirety. Regarding this unfortunate situation, I was told that a coupon for my next shopping trip would be defined. I returned it with the intention of purchasing it again. Before my return was accepted, the set's price was raised. And by the time my return was accepted, the set had sold out, and I couldn't buy it again, even at a higher price. I wanted to buy it from the store because it was finished in the application, but it was also sold out. I received a call from the number I had left at the store in recent weeks, informing me that the product with updated stock had arrived. I am now certain that the current price of the set I purchased for 4699 is 7399, that it is still out of stock in the app, and that no coupons will be defined even if it is in stock. I do not recommend using the Tefal app to shop.
