Tefal Cookware Set: Warranty Woes and Unmet Expectations

I bought a Tefal Titanium Ingenio pot and pan set for my trousseau on February 9, 2020. To my dismay, the inner surface of one of the pans developed bubble-like protrusions, most likely due to a manufacturing flaw. When I contacted customer service, they dismissed my concern, claiming that the warranty period had expired and that I had no recourse. I bought this set in 2020 but only started using it a year ago. I later discovered a "trousseau guarantee" policy, which the seller failed to inform us of. The purchase was made at Küçükyal Hilltown AVM. Such quality issues are unworthy of a Tefal brand. It's disheartening to think that this expensive set will deteriorate and become obsolete over time. It's perplexing that they won't even provide a paid solution. Furthermore, the warranty document specifies a 10-year warranty, making the lack of replacement all the more perplexing. I will not buy another Tefal product because this experience has been so disappointing.
